SENSIVITY

The process of sensivity is the ability to detect and respond to changes in the environment.

SPANISH: el proceso de sensibilidad es la habilidad para detectar y responder a los cambios del entorno.

Senses

First, you receive information from your sorroundings. This information comes from your senses. Then, yout body processes the information and decides on a response. Finally you carry out this response.

SPANISH: En primer lugar recibes información de lo que te rodea a través de los sentidos (vista, oído, olfato, gusto y tacto). Luego, tu cuerpo procesa la información y decide una respuesta. Finalmente se lleva a cabo la respuesta.

The process of sensivity involves the sense organs, the nervous system and the locomotor system.

SPANISH: este proceso relaciona a los órganos de los sentidos, el sistema nervioso y el aparato locomotor.

The nervous system

The nervous system us made up the brain and the nerves.

SPANISH: El sistema nervioso está compuesto por el cerebro y los nervios.

The brain receives information from the sense organs. Then, the brain interprets this information and decides what to do. It sends the orders to the locomotor system. SPANISH: El cerebro recibe información de los órganos de los sentidos. Luego, interpreta la información y decide qué hacer enviando órdenes al aparato locomotor.

Brain

The nerves carry information from the sense organs to the brain and carry orders from the brain to the locomotor system. SPANISH: los nervios envían información desde los órganos de los sentidos al cercebro y vuelven a transportan la orden desde el cerebro al aparato locomotor.

The locomotor system

The locomotor system allows us to move our body. It is made up of the sekeletal system and the muscular system.

SPANISH: El aparato locomotor nos permite mover nuestro cuerpo. Está compuesto por el sistema óseo y el sistema muscular.

Skeletal system (Sistema óseo)

The skeletal system is made up of all the bones in our body. Bones meet at joints. Some joints allow bones to move.

SPANISH: El sistema óseo está compuesto por todos los huesos de nuestro cuerpo. Los huesos se unen en articulaciones. Algunas articulaciones permiten a los huesos moverse.
