Which body systems take part in nutrition
• The digestive system breaks down and digests food and liquids.
• The respiratory system absorbs oxygen from the air and expels carbon dioxide.
• The circulatory system moves blood around our bodies.
• The excretory system extracts waste substances from the blood and expels them from our bodies.
How do human beings reproduce?
Males and females have different reproductive organs.
They are both necessary to produce a baby.
• The male reproductive organs are mainly outside the body.
• The female reproductive organs are mainly inside the body
How does the interaction function work?
We sense what is happening around us and react.
• Our sense organs capture information and send it to our brain.
• The brain interprets the information. It sends commands to the body through the nervous system.
• Our muscles and bones work together to move our bodies.
