People throw their rubbish in the water and cause pollution. A ship can also make the water dirt, with its waste. These things are dangerous for animals or plants.

People leave plastic bottles on the ground.

The water we use goes into rivers and oceans. We can help keep the water clean and only use the water we need.

Don't put the oil in the sink

Put waste food in the compost

Don't leave rubbish on the beach.

Put chemicals in a special bin

We can save water....

Taking short showers.

Turn the tap off while you are washing your hands.

Collect and use the rainwater (rainbarrell).
